It's frustrating when...

Companies experience problems/flux of orders etc and they don't bother updating lead times. I started a project and realized I needed some bases(standard sizes,nothing fancy) with slots so I place my order expecting the 7ish days it would take to dispatch them only to find out after a week and half goes by that it'll be another two weeks before they are dispatched. And I only found that out after I contacted them. Hello company if you're experiencing a delay for whatever reason give your customers a heads up. Even something as simple as a blurb on your homepage. It doesn't take that long to update your website. Lesson learned on my part stick with the usual company you deal with and don't bother with the other guy.
